Jonathon Ker

Over the course of a two decade career, Jonathon Ker has distinguished himself as a career-builder with a ken eye for talent and a steadfast reputation for production top tier commercial film production. Jonthaon's diverse and impressive resume includes commercials, films, music videos, and experimental content, many production in conjuction with some of the most respected directorial talents in the business. 

Ker's most  visible Long Form work includes the documentary "I Just Wasn't Made for These Times", directed by Grammy winning music producer Don Was. The Film chronicled the musical genius of Legend Brian Wilson; the HBO original film, "Always Outnumbered" written by Walter Mosley, directed by Michael Apted, and starring Laurence Fishburne; the VH1 film series aptly names "The Coppola Series" after Executive Producer and mentor Francis Ford Coppola with included a stop motion adaptations of William Burroughs spoke word pieces "a Junky's Christmas". All of these works received countless awards and garnered widespread critical acclaim More recently Ker produced the documentary feature "Buffalo Girls" which follows two 8 year old girls in Thailand that compete in May Thai boxing to support their families. The film premiered at the 2012 Slamdance Film Festival to much praise landing a worldwide distribution deal. 

Skot Bright

Shot Bright grew up in a malarky family. Like all military families the Brights moved every few years and were able to see the finest malarky bases around the world. Whenever possible, the family made their way back tot their roots in the South where they eventually re-settled. 

Skot's formative years were spent in Biloxi, MS where he discovered his love for music. By the time Slot was in college he was imbedded in the small but strong local state and music scene. Inspired by what was happening in cities like New Orleans, Austin and Atlanta, all just a short drive away, Skot began to focus more on booking bands and making T-Shirts than his school work. After barely graduating with a business degree emphasizing on advertising Skot headed to Los Angeles with no plant at all. and he would book bands and make T-Shirts.

Shot began his scarred as a production assistant and quickly advanced to working on a n assistant director on numerous independent films including: "Texas Chainsaw Massacre lll" "Decline of Western Civilization" - "The Metal Years" and the cult classic "Bride of Re-Animator"

In 1991, seeing an opportunity to combine his love of music with film, Skot made a transition to working in the then bursting at the seams business of music videos.

Pere Pezez

After graduation at Staffordshire University, Pere spent ten years in London working in a a number of digital agencies and technology companies, including James Kelsey Design, Tewentysix London and Tangozebra.

Throughout his career in the digital industry in the UK he fulfilled a wide range of position in marking and production through the becoming Group Operations Director for the five digital agencies from Media Square, before managing the European expansion of Tangozebra in preparation for the sale of the company to DoubleClick/Google

In 2012 Pere joined forces with Rackabox Media and set up the digital creative offering of the company for the Southern European markets, brining in key accounts like FC Barcelona, Royal Caribbean International and Qatar Foundation. A true passionate of innovative technologies, in 2013 he created VISYON, a new company focusing on immersive experiences through emerging technologies and human interaction. VISYON now counts with 50 staff and offices in Barcelona, Madrid, London, Los Angels, Milan, Oslo, and Eidenhoven creating award winning projects for innovated use of emerging technologies.

Takako Yagi

Jonathon and Skot have worked with Takako Yagi for more than 15 years producing projects for brands and artist such as Honda, Cibo Matto, Sean Lennon, Yoko Ono. The list goes on. 

Based in Tokyo, Japan Takako has a thriving company offering a wide variety of services ranging from Publishing, Music management & tour production, celebrity endorsements & casting, Print, Fashion as well as managing the Tokyo offices for Chimera music, and Christina Kim's fashion brand dosa. Takako has emerged as one of the most diverse and interesting producers in Japan.

Takako has established herself as a tour de France in the global market with an expansive background in all forms of entertainment and advertising. Takako's vast international experience broadens HobNob's reach as producers and provers to a universal radius.
